Professional Certification, generally known as Professional Diplomas, caters to the company and employer’s needs to increase the employee’s output. This is not a new concept, but in Pakistan, it is not so much popular. Suppose a person has industry experience for more than five years. In that case, he knows the basic and even higher degree of his job if such person is awarded the professional diploma of one or two years based on his collective experiences within a short time. Because on job professionals don’t find enough time to go to traditional colleges or universities. This is especially a very good opportunity for on-job professionals engaged in various GCC jobs and other countries. Hence, under the accelerated mode, the one or two-year diploma can be completed within a short time of 3-6 months.
